Our gelato is made from fresh full cream Jersey milk and the finest flavour elements. We are continually playing to develop new flavours and offer a fresh ice cream experience. Our rich soft serve mix is available in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavour. All soft serve is sold in 5 litre containers.
Our house brand ice cream was specifically developed for perfect creamy milkshakes or family feast. The house brand is available in 5 litre and 2 litre tubs and include vanilla, chocolate, caramel and strawberry flavour.

With full cream milk, real vanilla seeds and real cacao, this is the perfect ice cream for dessert menu pairing of special dinner parties. Our premium ice cream is available in 5 litre and 2 litre tubs of vanilla or chocolate flavour.
Make any celebration extra memorable with one of our traditional style ice cream cakes. Choose between a colourful Kiddies Cake or decadent Gourmet Cake, made fresh to order with full cream single batch gelato. Ice cream cake orders have a lead time of 1 week and comes with your choice of sprinkles or glitter. Cassata are also available on request.

From getting up at 04:00 to fetch Jersey milk from the farm or collecting fresh blueberries and strawberries, to sourcing the tastiest homemade fudge and brownies, Elizabeth Brown’s is committed to supporting local suppliers. Making our own yogurt for our frozen yogurt, as well as our caramel and chocolate sauce and using real fruit and extracts, are just some of the elements that sets us apart. We add no preservatives to enhance shelf life and also offer small batch sugar free diabetic options. Our greatest ingredient remains passion and the love we put into every batch.
